THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. Definitions The person participating in the Wake The Canyon competition or event shall be referred to as the "Participant." The "Undersigned" refers to the Participant if age 18 or older, or the Participant and their parent/legal guardian if under 18. "Released Parties" includes: Wake The Canyon organizers, sponsors, staff, event site owners, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and all associated personnel. The "Activity" refers to participation in any aspect of the Wake The Canyon event, including wakeboarding, wakesurfing, Canyon, use of boats and equipment, and presence on or around the event premises.

2. Risks of Activity The Undersigned understand that participation in the Activity is inherently hazardous and involves known and unknown risks, including but not limited to: - Drowning or injury from contact with equipment, other participants, or watercraft - Weather conditions, waves, wakes, and water conditions - Hidden underwater debris or obstacles due to recent flooding - Equipment malfunction or misuse - Physical exertion, slips, falls, collisions - Transmission of communicable diseases - Negligence of other participants, staff, or Released Parties The Undersigned voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for the risks. As a precaution due to elevated water levels and recent flooding, participants are strongly encouraged to wear helmets during all on-water activities.

3. Release, Indemnification & Assumption of Risk a. Release of Liability The Undersigned hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties for any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Activity - including claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or warranty. b. Indemnification The Undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, legal fees, or liabilities arising from participation in the Activity. c. Assumption of Risk The Undersigned fully acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the Activity, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, and accept personal responsibility for any resulting injury, death, or property damage. 4. Minor Participants If the Participant is under 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to this waiver on behalf of the minor and acknowledges the minor is also bound by these terms. They affirm they are legally authorized to sign on the minor's behalf.

5. Medical Authorization The Undersigned authorize Wake The Canyon staff and partners to seek medical attention or emergency care if deemed necessary, and agree to bear any associated costs.

6. Miscellaneous - Participant agrees to follow all event rules and safety instructions - Participant grants permission for their image or likeness to be used in event photos, videos, or promotions - This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas -

If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable SIGNATURE Participant
